1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Unburn (“Software”, “App”, “We”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

2. Description of Service

Unburn is a privacy-focused desktop assistant that helps remote professionals simulate system input, manage activity visibility, and reduce the impact of micromanagement or false productivity tracking.

3. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on your personal or work device.

You may not:

• Distribute, sublicense, or resell the Software
• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the Software
• Use it to interfere with security or tracking systems in a way that violates your employer’s policies, contracts, or local laws

4. Payments & Subscriptions

All payments and subscription management are handled via LemonSqueezy. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing based on the selected plan.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

5. System-Level Functionality

Some Unburn features require interaction with your operating system to function properly. This may include:

• Monitoring running processes to detect activity
• Detecting window focus and foreground applications
• Simulating or intercepting input (mouse, keyboard) based on your configured profile

These capabilities are:

• Performed locally on your machine
• Fully user-controlled and configurable
• Designed to respect your privacy and autonomy

No unauthorized access or remote code execution is ever performed

6. Privacy

Unburn does not collect personal data, browsing history, or files by default. We may offer an optional, anonymous telemetry program to help improve the product.

• Never include personally identifiable information (PII)
• Never track content, files, or credentials
• Only collect general usage statistics such as feature usage, crash logs, and system type

7. Fair Use

You are responsible for using Unburn in a way that complies with your local laws and employer agreements. We are not responsible for any employment actions, investigations, or disputes that arise from your use of the Software.

8. Termination

We may revoke your license or access to the Software if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through LemonSqueezy.

9. Disclaimers

Unburn is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with all operating systems, tracking tools, or workplace software.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or misuse of Unburn.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. You agree to resolve any disputes informally before seeking legal remedy.
